As an EVP of Professional Development at Women's Business Leaders Association, I had the privilege to create and implement WBLA's first sponsorship program. The goal of this program was to increase program engagement, generate revenue, and enhance member education. Even though I had no background in sponsorship or sales, I developed these skills to make sure I was able to market WBLA to companies to gain sponsors and partners for the organization.
