As an intern at Circle K, I was tasked to figure out a way to raise awareness and combat the growing disconnect among younger generations, specifically college students. I did so by developing a recruitment strategy that is not only attractive to college students but also encourages them to get experience at Circle K. I came up with two ideas, and one was to create a mock campaign called "Growing with Circle K".
